Effective 01/01/2012, the company group Kemper, Gebr. Kemper GmbH + Co. KG based in Olpe/Sauerland has taken over all of the company shares of the company Profiltech
Stufenbandprofile GmbH, Keltern.
Both family managed companies have been combining loyal relationships with successful
collaboration for decades.
Profiltech Stufenbandprofile GmbH, formerly Mitschele und Stumpp, is a specialised
company for manufacturing milled profiled strips with innovative milling technology.
Gebr. Kemper GmbH + Co. KG is a manufacturer of rolled non-ferrous semi-finished
products, specialised in copper and special copper alloys for utilisation in electrotechnology, electronics and for manufacturing connectors, plug connectors and contact elements in the automotive, electrical and communications industries.
The takeover of Profiltech Stufenbandprofile GmbH will enhance the added value and
innovative competence in the refinement of surfaces in the Kemper corporate group. For
Profiltech Stufenbandprofile GmbH, the continuation of the company under the roof of a
globally active manufacturer of NF semi-finished products is now secured for the future.
Profiltech Stufenbandprofile GmbH will continue to be managed by Maximilian Ruess as the Spokesperson of the Executive Board; Markus Kurtz, who will focus on sales, has been appointed as an additional Managing Director.
Corinna Ruess will remain in her function as an authorised officer responsible for the quality management along with technical marketing.
With the takeover by the Kemper Company Group, the customers in the automotive,
electrical and l communication industries will be offered greater technical knowledge,
development competency and consultation in connector design.
Both parties have agreed to confidentiality on the details of the takeover.
